We always feel like family whether buying a car, purchasing car parts or having the vehicles serviced they excel in it all. You wouldn't be disappointed visiting them.

Nick Fowler is an excellent sales person to deal with at Rogers Subaru. He is kind, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I could not recommend him higher. The whole team at Rogers is excellent, and Caressa Bastian does the paperwork carefully and well. The manager Shaun Blakeman is exceptional too. I am 80 and have practiced law in Hermiston for almost 50 years and have bought all kinds of cars of every type. The service department attendant Justin Bush was very helpful in taking care of a concern regarding a low tire pressure warning light. Also, the recent service was taken care of in the time frame stated. No problems or other concerns, the waiting area provides coffee and snacks.

My 03 bugeye WRX is my baby. Elizabeth and Jake, not from State Farm, are the absolute best. I had some extensive maintenance upkeep maintenance done. The Check Engine light came on a short time after. Normally a time to be over stressed out that my baby would need more repairs and more money out of pocket. NOT THE CASE. Elizabeth caudled my baby in her caring arms and found the issue. NO MORE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. Quick, efficient and affordable care of my baby. Five stars are not enough. Oh yeah cant forget Ted and Shay, I believe that is her name, the Technicians who turn the wrenches. I truly can't recommend this service department enough!! We traveled from out of state to come buy a gently used Outback and Nick was the best Salesmen! The GM was very professional and the finance guy was out of sight! We ended up backing out of the deal because we heard some noises we did not like and the whole team gave us the option of buying another vehicle! They even paid for some of our travel costs!! I recently needed maintenance work on my 2015 Outback. I want to tell you (I am 70), it has been a long time since I have experienced customer service like I received at Rogers Subaru in Hermiston. I had called and given them an estimate of what I wanted done. They did not try to up-sell me on any of their services, had a bottle of water and a loaner car there for me as I drove in (thank you Jacob). When finished, they were able to do the work under budget (mine and theirs) and within the time-frame quoted. I was and still am amazed- To top it off, I told them I wanted to buy their loaner car for my wife. Tiffany, you are wonderful! Thank you for your skillful, honest work and putting up with my sarcasm through the entire sales process. Those that know me, know I hate paperwork and you made it nearly effortless. Outstanding group of people in every way!!! I recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Crosschek sport from another dealer in Tri-Cities, after driving it home to La Grande I noticed that some of the safety features weren’t working, so of course the next day i made arrangements to get it into Roger’s service department as it’s 45 minutes closer to me (supposedly everything covered under warranty) and not as far tor me to drive! Ok that’s the back story! Long story short is the car actually needed a new windshield as the one that was in it was not an OME glass (original manufacturer equipment) which it needs for the eye sight to be effective ….eye sight is the brains and cameras for all the safety features…….did I mention the windshield was NOT covered under warranty and was roughly around 1400 bucks!!!….Which of course I don’t have by the way! After finding all of this out the team at Roger’s Subaru team sprung into action and all became the most supportive, kind, understanding, caring and generous individuals I’ve ever met…..and I really mean that. They offered advice, lots of option to my situation and were willing to help in anyway they could, my next vehicle I purchased for sure will be with Roger’s Subaru and of course in the mean time they will have all my business for service!! Special thanks to Erik, Jake and Elizabeth… just a little extra shout out! P.S the windshield is being covered by the dealership as well as any adjustments needs for the safety cameras……just waiting to find how they want to handle it, I sure hope it’s with Roger’s Subaru service department!
